Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BlazOn Heaters. The following sets out the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from our assembly facility in Ballard (Seattle), WA. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For international shipping inquiries, including Canada, please contact us at hello@blazonheaters.com before placing your order so we can advise on availability and options. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country; these charges are the customer's responsibility.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@blazonheaters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@blazonheaters.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition, and we'll work toward a satisfactory solution.
