Returns and Refunds

30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of any EMBER heater, stand, or accessory, including orders placed with a discount code.

Condition. Heaters may be lightly used. To qualify, the item must be undamaged, include all parts and accessories, and come back in its original packaging. Disconnect and remove any propane tank before packing. We cannot accept propane tanks or cylinders.

How to start a return. Email hello@blazonheaters.com with your order number. We'll reply with a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a return request can't be accepted. Return address: BlazOn Heaters, 825 NW 47th St, Unit B, Seattle, WA 98107.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer; the cost of the label we provide is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, return shipping is free. Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refunded.

Refunds. We inspect each return when it arrives and email you the result. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Damaged or defective items. Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email hello@blazonheaters.com with your order number and photos. Defects after 30 days are covered by the EMBER 1-year limited warranty.

Exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.

Pre-orders. Pre-orders can be canceled up to 30 days after initial payment.
